Reflective Psychiatry offers consultative psychiatric care with a flexible and streamlined appointment request process. You may begin at any time by selecting a tentative appointment time using the calendar below; the intake screening form will follow as part of this process.
Selecting a time is part of the request process and allows you to move forward at your convenience; however, it does not guarantee an appointment. All requests are reviewed to determine whether this practice is an appropriate fit before an appointment is confirmed.
No payment is required to submit a consultation request or select a tentative appointment time.
-
After the initial screening form is submitted, you will receive an email with access to additional intake and consent forms, information regarding the Good Faith Estimate, payment policies, and practice location details.
These materials may be completed at your convenience. Once the information is received and reviewed, the office will follow up to confirm your appointment or discuss next steps.
If this practice is not the most appropriate fit for your needs, you will be notified and referral options will be provided when possible.
-
Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll meet with Dr. Younus for a comprehensive psychiatric consultation focused on understanding your concerns, reviewing relevant history, and discussing recommendations and next steps.
Following the visit, we will review whether ongoing follow-up within this practice is clinically indicated or whether transition back to another provider or setting would be more appropriate.
