Our Services
Diagnostic Clarification & Psychiatric Consultation
We provide consultative psychiatric evaluation focused on diagnostic clarification and treatment planning, especially when prior care has not produced clear answers or sustained improvement. A diagnostic consultation typically includes:
•Review of current concerns, goals, and strengths
•Review of prior records and rating scales (if applicable)
•Psychiatric diagnostic interview
•Education and collaborative treatment planning
•Communication with other involved providers (when applicable, with consent)
Note: Complex cases may require an additional session to complete diagnostic assessment. Our FAQ’s can answer some of your questions. Please contact us for queries and more information.
Consultations are offered across the lifespan, with careful attention to developmental stage, family context, and prior treatment history.
Children (ages 12 and under)
Consultations for children emphasize developmental history, family dynamics, behavioral patterns, and collaboration with caregivers and schools when appropriate.
Adolescents (ages 13-17)
Adolescent consultations focus on evolving developmental needs, emotional and behavioral concerns, treatment response, and the balance between autonomy and family involvement.
Adults (ages 18 and up)
Adult consultations emphasize longitudinal history, prior treatment response, functional goals, and diagnostic clarity in the context of medical and life factors.
Physician-Led Treatment Planning & Medication Review
Medication care is approached thoughtfully and collaboratively, with careful attention to treatment response, side effects, and overall functioning. Visits focus on refining the treatment plan based on diagnostic clarity, developmental context, and individual goals.
Follow-up care is tailored to clinical need and complexity, with the intention of supporting clarity, progress, and appropriate transition when possible.
